Cairngorm Mountain (Scotland) Ltd is seeking an inspirational and experienced Chief Executive to lead the design and implementation of high quality business strategies and plans that will grow the business sustainably and benefit the local economy and wider tourism and snowsports sector.
Supported by a highly motivated and skilled team, the CEO will manage business operations effectively and efficiently on a day-to-day basis and will have exceptional people handling and communications skills.
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders in a regional and national context, and with the local community around Badenoch and Strathspey will be critical.
