In episode 4, I speak to Hannah Taylor, the founder of Gut Feelings Kombucha. Based in Findhorn in the Highlands, she produces raw, naturally fermented Kombucha flavoured with good quality fruit and herbs. Hannah started the business in April 2019 and since then has grown her business from a kitchen cupboard production to a microbrewery in Findhorn. With a passion for low waste, Hannah has set up purpose-built Refill Stations which allow customers to fill up larger quantities of Kombucha, creating zero waste! Gut Feelings Kombucha can also be bought in 300ml bottles which run on a bottle return scheme, keeping waste to an absolute minimum. Her products can be found at more than 40 cafes and shops between Aberdeen and Skye.
