Property prime consultant

HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier who will provide a property prime consultancy service for the Highlands & Islands. The work has covered a wide spectrum of projects from small craft workshops and start up units on the islands to projects such as the Centre for Health Science in Inverness and tidal and wave energy schemes in Orkney. The mainstay of work has historically been the development of advance and bespoke offices and industrial units for companies throughout the HIE region.

The objectives of the contract are to provide the following services in the HIE area:

Project management
Cost management
Site supervision
Ensure that new projects are delivered in accordance with sustainable construction policy
Administration of Prime Property Contractor contract

HIE will award the contract on the basis of the following criteria:

Competence to deliver the proposed contract 30%
Proposed team and individuals 15%
Challenges of working in the Highlands and Islands 15%
Track record of similar projects and clients 10%
Price 30%
