HIE Management and leadership programme - “ACHIEVE”

HIE requires a supplier to provide a comprehensive Management and Leadership training Programme. In 2005, HIE introduced a leadership development programme called “ACHIEVE – leadership through responsibility”. Over the past 3 years 92 managers have been through this programme and HIE are keen to build on, and sustain the success of the programme through future development and delivery. The objectives of the contract are to develop and enhance the existing material and deliver a programme fit for HIE’s purpose going forward. In order to do this HIE will require the successful supplier to provide the following services:

The tender deadline is noon on 19/11/08 and it is anticipated that a contract will be awarded on 22/12/08 with a start date of January 2009.
