The Troubleshooting for Tourism pilot will center around a site visit from an experienced Tourism professional,
who will analyse management, leadership, and skills gaps.

An action plan will be developed in close consultation with the business. Coaching through some of the issues will also be provided as well as practical help to address areas of management development.

The Pilot is being led by Denise Drummond, as part of the Link business training scheme.
Denise is currently a director of the Tiree Scarinish Hotel which was purchased in 2003
and since then has doubled its turnover and is achieving an occupancy rate of over 80% annually.
